Delivery time as longer then we would have expected these days and I was surprised that we had to pay to have the old futon taken away when we spent over £1000.

Once we agreed, an error was made on processing the 0% finance application. We had to go through the process 3 times before it was finally processed

the store could not match the delivery date that we requested

Delivery date could not be matched to our requirements. Did not receive an email confirmation of one of our orders.

The products were quite expensive, however the member of staff (Ashley) was quite helpful and very knowledgeable.

Would have liked to have some time without the assistant hovering to talk things over with my husband.

The item was available, staff were helpful and delivery slot found quickly.

Products were considerably more expensive than similar products else were. Also 7 days for a delivery js a little inadequate this occasion as the mattress was urgent

i suffer from back trouble and i really want was a new bed as quick as possible at any price

Store looked tired but Glen the assistant was extremely helpful
