Dreams - Chingford

Good service

We know that dreams product are high quality product but I personally would like some quality product =reasonable price.secondly dreams at Chingford doesn't have lift or ramp for those who have buggies\wheelchair.

Relatively expensive, have brought dreams beds several times with no reward for customer loyalty.

The order process took longer than expected. Other than that service was excellent

I wasn't highly satisfied because the product was out of stock and it will take 6-7 weeks to arrive.

We scheduled a delivery date on Wednesday, because we were going on holiday. However eceived communication from that it will be on Monday. Was not easy to find a number to call and reschedule! Suggestions: do not take initiative to change the delivery date, because there might be a good reason for selecting a particular date. But if you offer a service whereby you offer a earlier delivery date when you have a free slot suddenly appear, talk to your customers first.

Both Jake and Tony were very helpful, attentive and efficient. I had full attention and understanding to my budget and targeted needs.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. Glenn was very helpful and patient with me. I was with my son who was playing around and Glenn did not make us feel as though we were being a nuisance he took his time to serve me and even swapped matresses with the help of a colleague so I could see what my bed and the mattress would look like together. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the mattresses looked slightly grubby.

It took quite a long time.
