Good service from Glen at Chingford and he rang to may sure delivery would be going out. I think delivery was over priced at £50 considering he dropped mattress in hallway and didn't even help me to get it upstairs I Would use Dreams again but I would want a better delivery service

I didn't like giving highly confidential financial information to the seller, and in front of other customers. Why could this information not be done at the terminal by the customer?minfelt very uncomfortable and nearly withdrew from the purchase.

My order was delivered Friday June 3rd. Unfortunately there were parts missing in the order and the delivery team said they would contact about redelivering those parts. They haven't contacted me yet so basically I paid for a very expensive bed stand with missing parts and is totally useless for my need. If they don't contact me by this coming Friday the 10th, I will have to ask to return the product and ask for a full refund. Regards, Mr. Sevendalino Khay

The only problem we encountered was that we had bought a triple wardrobe and told it was ready made but it was in fact self assembly
