I specifically wanted a solid pine single bed, which is what I bought. I would have liked the option to buy a chunkier, higher quality item, but you only had one type of solid pine bed, which is very good value, but not as chunky and solid looking as I would have liked. I would have spent more money on a more solid looking item.

As fairly introverted individuals we would rather have had less attention and simply asked if we had questions. The brief orientation about the colour scheme was useful but then there was just too much interaction. I found it a little ironic that the colleague assisting us kept reiterating that trying the beds ourselves was the most important thing but then spent ages talking to us preventing us from doing the very thing he was recommending. I don't think it was a bad experience at all, just for people like us a more hands off approach is preferable with help clearly available but not intrusive. The thing is he did definitely have a lot of useful and interesting information we might have missed out on if left to our own devices but other than the colour scheme nothing really was of import to us other than the comfort of the mattress and just in terms of having a comfortable experience there was too much interaction to the point I saw my partner being spoken to and essentially hid until that set of information had been imparted. Again, not bad in general, just not for people like us.

It took a while to find available staff. Not even a single sales person available on first floor. Had to carry a single bed mattress down to billing all alone.

The assistant that was helping us was needed to support other assistants elsewhere on numerous occasions. The other assistances were a bit unaware of our needs over theirs.

We went to Dreams because of an advert saying that there was a half price sale. However the half price applied to very few items. We had decided to buy a mattress that day and do not have the time or inclination to shop around. The availability and attitude of you staff were what counted in making this purchase.
