'' The assistant was really unhappy to be in the store; you can see this clearly from the way he was behaving. He didn't say any bad word, but my his tone and the way he was talking was very rude. I know the customer is asking them the same questions over and over and they probably get frustrated, but most of the information was new to me. If I ask him a question twice he was getting vulgar about it and replied me as ''I explained to you already''. I always buy my bed and bed frame from Dreams because of good quality, but I will not back again. I purchased the item I want today, but I feel really awful by your sales representer. I wish nobody helped me in your store.

Came into store and ordered a bed and mattress- booked a Saturday delivery and needed the bed for guests who were coming to stay. A week before the bed is due to arrive I’ve been told that my order was lost in store... those delivery dates are now full and that it’ll be an additional 2 weeks to the date I booked. I’m considering cancelling and will be looking at alternative retailers tomorrow as I’ve people coming to stay and need a bed. The first time I’ve shopped at Dreams and probably now the last.

Store stated 20% off mattresses but when I got to the till apparently not. We only came in because of the discount....

The advert on tv stared that products in store were on discount sale for boxing day. When I visited the store many of the products were not on sale. That is deceitful advertising. The product I needed was not on sale. The sales rep made no effort to find me a similar product in store for a lower or sale price. No effort to search for me at all!!!!

I went into Dreams to look at buying a new bed complete with mattress, but your price tags are so confusing and the explanation of the true cost of the complete item given to me by one of the shop assistants made me just get a mattress

Firstly was given wrong information about finance then delivery date was pushed back by 1 week and this left me without a bed. In addition I was offered vouchers that I had to chase up in order to receive them. And on the day of delivery the wrong matress was loaded on to the van and had to wait an additional 2 hours for the matress to be delivered. When it was it was dumped in the room for me to put onto my bed by myself. This was a difficult job as the bed is a kingsize and the matress required 2 person handling and I had no help
