Firstly was given wrong information about finance then delivery date was pushed back by 1 week and this left me without a bed. In addition I was offered vouchers that I had to chase up in order to receive them. And on the day of delivery the wrong matress was loaded on to the van and had to wait an additional 2 hours for the matress to be delivered. When it was it was dumped in the room for me to put onto my bed by myself. This was a difficult job as the bed is a kingsize and the matress required 2 person handling and I had no help

Walking into the store, 3 workers were just chatting amongst themselves. No one approached me until I was ready to walk out again. Then told him what I wanted and he shown me just the expensive and triple the price of my budget. After when I told him about what I was shown in a different store, both of them (by this time he involved another colleague as he didn’t have enough knowledge) were forgetful that that was also a collection/line they did but was kinda the forgotten range. It was just very pushy to selling me the more expensive mattress and really felt like a sales pitch where they only wanted me to buy so they could get their commission. No listening to me or my needs or my budget. I really don’t think I would ever walk into that particular Dreams store and wouldn’t recommend to any of my family and friends. We all just want to be valued as a customer and listened to. No one wants to be treated as a target so the sales person can get their commission. Wish they would work according to the customers needs and not their own needs.

I bought bad frame and mattress order no 101a021077 suppose to deliver on today 3/7/18 but only matters came. I called to office and they told me it will be 3-4 weeks to come????? No body told me this before. We arrange delivery date also i paid for assembly. It is for my son and he was so excited he would have it today. Now what i am going to say to him when he comes back from school? This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed.

We were welcomed into the store by all the assistants, we were allowed to look around until such time as we needed assistance. Imran was very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. He explained everything in detail and told us what other products we could purchase and was not at all pushy when we said that we did not require them. We were offered tea or coffee as it was a very cold day outside. All in all a very pleasant experience and we got what we came for a delivery will not be too long

Item seen in store. Not on their computer system. Colleague did transaction and took money only to be unable to complete order. Promised mgr would call but 3 days later no call and no refund. Called store 6 times over 3 days no response. No bed. £1000 down and no idea what to do. Terrible management

On checking my online banking I had been over charged. Instead of £119 I was charged £199. Told it would take 7 to 10 working days to pay me back the £80, absoloutly disgusting in this day & age. I'm currently out of work, £80 is a lot of money to me.

I am a Deaf customer and all the staff were frighten to serve me - I could see them all whispering and looking at me - even though I've told them that I want to buy a mattress! Deaf ``wariness is very poor.

When called for assistance though 3 staff were standing doing nothing, they did not respond. On the second call one of the staff attended after 10 minutes when I made a comment "don't you want to my business". Even while placing the order other staff has been disturbing by using the equipment. All staff seems to have attitude problem. Too many staff but none of them have any sense of customer service. Very very disappointed by the staff behaviour.
