All staff at the store were very welcoming and offered to help straightaway. The member of staff that supported us during our visit and our purchase was very keen to help us and very friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable about the items we were interested and informed us about the availability of the sleepmatch facility in the store that would enable us to identify the best mattress for us. That was a great idea that helped us to make the best choice at a shorter time in the store. The staff member informed us about the bed cover and it’s benefits regarding extended warranty, which we purchased with his advice. He also informed and advices us about the free pillow that came with the mattress. For every item we purchased, he advices us to try one from the store display so we can find the best item for our needs. He was very helpful with sorting out the finance paperwork in a short time, while informing us for every step and reading all the small print as required.

We were welcomed at the entrance by the smiling face of your agent. We were then guided through the your Covid 19 rules. (none of which we had a problem with) We were guided through the process of examining deciding and purchasing our bedding needs in a most convivial manner by "Wayne" who answered all our questions and was very patient and attentive throughout the time we were there. We found the atmosphere in the shop and with other staff was most pleasant. It was a pleasure to be in your shop.
