Dreams - Chingford

From start to finish, our experience with Dreams and in particular Jahanger was fantastic. His calming nature and product knowledge was really what we needed as this was all very alien to us. We received a 5 star service from Jahanger and Dreams Chingford and we will be highly recommending all our friends and family to do the same.

The bed/ sleep simulator Wendy put us on was very helpful in identifying the most suitable options for us. We were very pleased with the assistance she provided throughout the entire time. We believe that we got the best mattress to fulfill both our needs and we re very excited to try the new bed.

once my sleep expert knew what kind of bed i needed she knew exactly where the product was and told me what deals were on and any additional stuff i could buy

Jahangar was very helpful and helped us make a choice we were both satisfied with. We loved the bed analysing at the start and how we were allowed to take our time and try the different beds

Debbie was friendly and so helpful. She welcomed me at the door, offered water and told me the process. She had great product knowledge and tried to recommend the best products for my budget. The store was clean & organised. Very excited to receive my new bed.
