Good experience all round

Debbie was very friendly and helpful, and use of bed technology to identify our mattress needs was innovative.

The store colleague Ashley was very helpful from the beginning. He greeted us with big smile right at the door, offered us cold drink straight away as it was very hot day and we were wearing face mask. Were offered the sleep master experience by Ashley, which was interesting and never experienced anything like it before. After He showed us the mattress we were most interested in, very knowledgable explained the differences between them. Overall very happy with our visit at the Dream store in Chingford. And also must not forget that Ashley and everyone else at the store kept the social distance and made sure we felt safe during the whole visit

From the greeting and reassurance at the door regarding safety (that they encouraged us to use masks and sanitiser and NHS app), to the technology which assessed the best beds to try, and the knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff (Ashley was particularly knowledgable and helpful), I had a great experience. I spent more than I intended to and feel I've made the right choice. I was not pushed by the staff to do this. They were very kind and reasonable. A great shopping experience (also trying out beds is a relaxing Saturday morning:)
