Debbie our assistant was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. She made us feel safe with the new hygiene restrictions from the moment we entered the store. My son tried many beds and she answered all our questions. Debbie is a good staff member who showed she cared.

Ashley the staff assisting us was fantastic! He was generously helpful, he went above and beyond to get us what matched our preferences within the timeframe we wanted it. He used the mattress picker to select the right mattress for us and made us try several before making our decision. He was very patient, accommodating and he knows his stuff. If not for his admirable personality and great customer we probably would have changed our mind.

Hi Linda, From the moment we stepped foot in the chingford dreams we were looked after by Gary. He made us feel safe straight away by exposing the COVID safety rules and offered us refreshments as it was a hot day and my wife was pregnant. He got us on the sleep match and paired us with a few beds which was great, it saved us hours trying all of the beds I’m sure of it. Gary was very patient and listened to our needs very closely. We decided on a bed within 45 mins and we’re at his desk ordering our new bed. I really can’t fault our visit to dreams and will be back for our next bed for sure. I came to the store to choose a new bed as I'm moving into my first home. We were immediately greeted by Wayne who explained the safety measures in place in the store - very impressed as none of the other furniture stores I've been to recently have done this. Wayne gave us time to browse but also shared product knowledge and information about the products I was interested in, which greatly expedited the process. He was very friendly and personable which meant we felt at ease and left the store having had a very positive experience.
