Gary was very helpful and took time to understand what we needed. And let us take the time to pick and feel the right bed and mattress for us. Also I like the Covid procedures in the branch were taken seriously and were offered a drink if needed

From the moment we arrived, the help and support we received from the staff - how they greeted us, told us about the COVID rules (PPE and Social distancing), offering us water telling us how they would manage our purchase (and discounts product availability/delivery and free pillows!! I cannot think anything could be improved on

Debbie Blol assisted me in store and was highly professional courteous and knowledgeable. Debbie was able to provide me with all information I needed to make a decision to purchase in-store immediately. I was highly impressed with Debbie's customer service as well as being extremely accommodating regarding COVID-19 protocol. The gentleman who looked after us was very clear and ensured we knew that everything and was following guidelines and also if we needed anything he was available. He served us immediately, wrapped the mattress straight away and explained all, clear, direct, no waste of time, perfectly served and well home very happy.

We were served by Debbie who was very friendly and helpful. She offered us a bottle of water each, we were given a pillow with a paper cover to try out the beds and the bed machine. The shop was very clean and welcoming. We would certainly recommend our friends to shop at Dreams.

On arrival we were asked to listen to the safety measures of the shop procedure. The employee was very helpful and new what he was talking about.very satisfied with the whole shopping experience and yes I would go back if another bed is needed or I will recommend to friends and family
