The salesman I spoke to Wayne was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. I felt very safe and Wayne made sure we adhered to all restrictions but still made sure I saw all the different products I was interested in. Wayne was not pushy at all but was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase a new bed and mattress - great service 10/10

The store was clean and tidy. The staff were keeping to the 2 metre rule and cleaning/using covers on the pillows to reduce the risk of infection. The staff also had a good knowledge base and used the sleep guide machine to help us find a mattress.
