I was highly satisfied with my experience, we had a warm and friendly greeting from Wayne upon entry he offered me and my mother gloves, asked us to sanitise we were wearing our masks and he kindly offered us a bottle of water. His knowledge was great and showed me exactly what I was looking for whilst keeping a good social distance

We had a great employee called Abdul, who was very friendly, engaging, polite, enthusiastic, considerate and had good product knowledge.

Wayne, the assistant who helped is was very informative and helpful. Was able to answer any questions and provided guidance when asked

The service was absolutely brilliant.The store manager as extremely helpful and made sure I was well looked after by the staff members as I need a very specific matters which they were able arrange for me and secured the sale giving me confidence all the way with the right choice. The PPE A and distance safety was also observed with my health and safety being a priority from the minute I entered the store. Excellent service and a great store manager and staff.

Great customer experience and felt safely guided and managed in line with social distancing. Wayne was also excellent in helping me choose the right bed and looking after my family and I.

I was served by Abdul who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me make the order for my bed, and went through every thoroughly and showed me the bed and how it works etc. I visited the store twice in the same week and both times he offered me water and explained the sanitation. Whilst making the ordered, he cleaned the station and the card machine before and after I used it. Excellent customer service!!

On entering the store, we received a lovely warm welcome from a sale representative named Abdul. He truly made us feel so at ease from the very start. Abdul made us very aware of the social distancing policy, which we were happy to follow and at the same time managed help us find the dream bed that we have been dreaming of ( excuse the pun) for over a year due to covid . Abdul, you are a credit to Dreams , they are lucky to have you and want to award you 10 out of 10 for our experience. Thank you for helping us . The Baker's

Gary the store colleague was knowledgeable and very friendly. He let us choose with time and good insights about the different options and once we were ready placed our order very quickly. He is a great member of staff and I hope his manager rewards him with a promotion.
