We were helped by Wayne at Dreams' Chingford branch - right from the start we were politely greeted and made to feel at ease, with the social distancing rules/procedures explained, and a bottle of water offered. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt completely safe, and well looked after without feeling pressured to buy. Wayne was knowledgeable, helpful and patient, and allowed us to make an informed decision on our purchases - he should be highly commended for his customer services, and is a credit to Dreams.

We have bought beds from Dreams before and been happy with them.
