The assistance was great in terms of being shown alternatives but we went into the store knowing what we wanted, it was great to have assistance to suggest others we may like so we could make an informed decision

The advisor Wayne offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. He was thorough in explaining the PPE and social distancing procedures and offered us bottled water. We mentioned a bedframe we had seen on-line that we liked, and he immediately took us to see it and answered all our questions knowledgeably. He then took us to the robot to assess the type of mattress that would be suitable and allowed us to try several. He even gave us pillows to use. Wayne is very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and we came away confident that we had made the right purchase.
