Employees were super friendly and helpful, even though short staffed they managed to deal with my order very quickly

The customer service I received was very good i am disabled with walking sticks an was offered a seat everytime i went to view a bed great service from ashley (chingford branch)

Firstly we arranged an appointment for the sleep match. When entering the store Gary greeted us with a smile and explained the social distancing etc. We were early for our appointment which was not a problem. On receipt of our results Gary showed us a selection of mattresses and explained the difference. Being undecided he gave us space and time to try the mattresses out bit was around to answer any questions. He also informed is of the 40 day trail. We were also given different pillows to try after we had spoken about back and shoulder problems. On our selection we were taken to the desk to make an order. We were informed of the extended warranty and removal of old matteress. The process was smooth and Gary was informative of the collection and delivery procedure. The only bit we were little disappointed in is the delivery time would have been nicer to have an earlier date. That is no reflection on Garys service. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable he had a lovely manner about him and made the experience of purchasing a matteress a lot easier. Keep up the good work
