I visited Dreams - Chingord Branch in search for a Double Ottoman storage bed & mattress. I was welcomed the moment I stepped in the store and was offered a complimentary water bottle also. One of the members of staff called Wayne was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which bed & mattress to choose from. I was also shown the Sleepmatch machine by Wayne which made it much more easier for me to choose a mattress from. I found that the store was very Covid Friendly and social distancing measures were carried out very precisely. Overall I managed to get a good deal on the bed and mattress I was looking for and the order time & checkout process in the store was very quick & easy. I would like to thank Wayne & Prabjot (Store Manager) for there great customer service and providing us with a great experience shopping at Dreams and helping us obtain a luxurious for a great deal.
