Assistant who served me was knowledgable and friendly, understood my needs and I purchased two great mattresses for my flat after buying 2 bad ones online from mattressworld.co.uk which I've now sent back for a refund. Product was good price and available immediately from Dreams.

We were very welcomed and felt at ease right from the start. Because we knew what we were looking for we were immediately directed towards the items of interest and also given lots of time to try out desired mattresses. The friendly stuff guided us with clear and simple color coded system for different types of mattresses. We were also offered coffee twice :). Bureaucracy was made simple.

I wqs highly satisfied with the experience with my experience at dreams as the person who served me today opened up 30 minutes early as he didn't want me waiting around and that is one if the best service I've seen. He guided me round the store and helped me decide what is the best product and definitely picked out the most perfect one for me and I'll give him a 10 out of 10 rating.

Chris at the clapham branch greeted us, recognised I was the one who called in and was Excellent. He understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction. He then let us have a look around as was always about when we needed advise. Without the staff and the variety of the products on show it would have been difficult to find what we needed.
