There was a excellent customers services was display today in the store from the minute i walked in, my sales rep was very patient and very knowledgeable of all the products in the store

I am over 60 and have never bought a bed/ mattress before so I dreaded the prospect. I found Paolo immensely positive and helpful in guiding me towards what is an important purchase. I am also over 20 stone and have a back condition so going towards the high density pocket spring option (expensive) was obviously wise but I needed expert advice here. The special pillow, already in use, is wonderful. £1000 is a big outlay, though only £100 a year over ten years, but I am glad I was steered towards the "quality end" of the market and my instincts to "grab a clever bargain from the middle range" were overcome.

The sales assistant Paolo was clear with regards to what was available to me, he asked questions to find the right mattress for me and he didn't give me the hard sell on the expensive ones. he set clear expectations regarding delivery, was friendly and overall provided excellent customer service.

Paulo was extremely helpful and knowledgable and tried to package us the best possible deal to meet our wishes. And very friendly.

My experience was great, visit the shop for the second time.The customer service as great. I needed to buy a bed and mattress. Was overwhelmed of how many choices in the shop. I needed to get a comfortable bed and mattress because I'm pregnant with twins due in spring. The sale person looked after me a great deal, he had a lot of patients because i was being very indecisive at the time because I had a buget. He explained everything very well and I purchased a bed and mattress. Very happy!!

Ian, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful. He had a very good knowledge of the stock and was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to process my order as quickly as possible and gave me all the information I needed.
