We had a very bad experience in your Tottenham Court Road branch earlier that day. We decided to try your other branch in Clapham and found Paulo to be very helpful, apologetic and listened to what we needed and what we could afford. He was very helpful and we managed to get what we wanted for the budget we had. I could really was pleased with the service from Paulo. Your Tottenham court road branch however was a horrible experience

We popped into buy a new bed for my mother in law and found exactly what we wanted and with the right mattress. We also purchased a new mattress for our bed. The assistant was very knowledgeable about your products and understood what we wanted. Thank you.

Is was lovely for the first moment we enter in the Shop in Clapham Road. Mr Phil was very nice and really helpful, he show as around and help us to find exactly what we was looking for.With a sense of humour, and a smile in he's face was really pleasant the visit in the Shop. Plus we have now at home are bed frame and mattress, is really confortable and me and my boyfriend are over the moon with it. I highly recommend shopping with dreams.
