Dreams - Clapham

We were helped straight away by the assistant who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The model of bed I had seen on the website was in store to look at and looked even better in reality. Price of bed was excellent. Large selection of mattresses and good advice given. Ordering was easy and the delivery date I wanted was available. All in all a very good shopping experience which I wasn't expecting if I'm honest!

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and took time to explain and show me the different mattresses. He was also happy to compare different combinations of products so that I could reach the right decision, from both a comfort and financial point of view. My only disappointment is the low availability of the mattress I selected, meaning I need to wait over one month for delivery.

The manager Amen was most helpful. Such a lovely warm and genuine personality that is so rare to find these days. Such a wealth of product knowledge, I don't think there was any question she couldn't answer . Good job Amen.

We were served by Phil in store who was both knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us very good advise, plenty of time and space and was not at all pushy. We would be very happy to shop here again in the future.

The mattress that was recommended to me by your staff wasn't in the store for me to try out which was a big disappointment. Luckily for you I've bought several items from Dreams and have built up a rapport with your staff hence the reason I went out on a lim and bought a mattress blind. It comes on Friday, I'm hopeful I will be happy.

Easyness of buying what I wanted
