Dreams - Clapham

I visited the Clapham branch of Dreams and was served by Phillip. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I bought a bed and mattress. He was friendly and went out of his way to help us (and the other customers). Even though there were multiple customers waiting near closing time (and he was the only staff member there) he communicated with everyone to let them know he would be with them as soon as possible and he stayed more than an hour past closing time to make sure all the customers had been looked after. I would definitely go back to this store after my very pleasant experience with Phil and would absolutely recommend others to visit as well.

Visited London Clapham store twice and on both occasions Amen really looked after us, had us try out a number of beds & mattresses, explaining the differences and asking questions to help identify the best bed for our needs. She also offered cups of tea and talked us through the mattress she uses and how that's helped with her own sleeping! We selected the Therapur Ottoman....and so will soon have a bigger bed, help with hiding stuff & clutter in the storage base....and a mattress that melts the day away. And having our old bed taken away. I can't wait!!

The customer service that I received of the lady who helped me place my order was really good she took time to understand what I wanted also helped me with measurements as I have never bought furniture myself before made the payment process nice and understandable. Offered me a drink whilst I waited. Amazing customer serviice.

The help I recieved was perfect; informative, truthful and efficient. The lady was on her own in the store so I did have to wait about 10 minutes before she had finished with her other clients but as I had time I was happy to wait. When she did get around to me, the transaction was proabably over in 10 minutes so I was very pleased.

Phil is the name of the Dream's colleague. He was extremley helpful, kept me at ease, patient and tailored the items to my needs. Not like most sales people who do the opposite in general. He was very friendly, comical and made my decisions in the bed and mattress feel genuine and not forceful. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to others and all because of Phil's positive body language throughout, and excellent communication skills, along with patience. He definitely knew what he was talking about, and his knowledge of beds and experiences throughout the years came through.
