I was highly satisfied with the advice given by Amen in store 201, the ease of ordering and most of all the outstanding installation/disposal service offered by Charlie and Ali on the day of delivery - highly impressed, lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Phil in your Clapham store served us and his service was incredible. Very helpful and friendly and we were very impressed by him.

Amazing service in the store. Amen and her colleague were really helpful and informative. The delivery drivers were great too. I have moved to a flat in a brand new building and the lift was not working and the drivers helped carry it up (not an easy job). There were very courteous. I would like to thank Rory and Ebrima.

I found the sales man Paulo very helpful. As soon as I arrived he was there willing to help. I told him about what I'm looking for and he showed me a number of choices and said why he thought the choice would suit our needs. He also gave us time alone to make our choice. Whilst placing the order we got offered a cup of tea and had a joke or two. He was quick polite and even walked us to the door. I would defiantly like Paulo to assist us again in the future.

The sales person was very friendly and had good knowledge of the products. He also had a good sense of humour which made me felt comfortable and welcomed

We felt very welcome at the store. We had a few questions that were promptly answered and we made our choices based on our needs. The best of it all was that we were free to walk around and try the mattresses for as long as we wished. Although the sales assistant was on his own and it was quite busy in the shop, he had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor. It was a very pleasant visit and we ended up buying exactly what we were looking for.

I was extremely pleased with the service l received from the assistant (Phil). Very polite and patient and also very knowledgeable about the items I required. One very happy customer.

The gentleman assisting us with our purchase, Paolo, was extremely friendly, knew everything about the beds we enquired about and we were in and out with a new bed ordered in about half an hour. Couldn't fault the service.
