I've been in twice, and bought the product I saw the first time on my second visit. On both occasions a different male staff member took the time to answer my questions, gave me additional useful information about the product and the delivery options, and on my first visit I was so impressed by the service that I siecificslly went back to the same shop rather than buy online. When I returned a few weeks later I received the same warmth, attention and knowledge from a different salesman, leading me to believe this is a great sales team in terms of customer service.

Amen was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had stayed in a Premier Inn and wanted the same mattress as they had and she knew the exact one. Am also impressed with the 40days exchange if i am unhappy with my purchase. She gave me great advise with choosing my mattress.

We wished to have ample time to consider our choices. Whilst we were promptly acknowledged by the staff member, she was happy to give us time to ourselves. We were offered a beverage, but not bothered any further. When we were ready, she was attentive and answered any questions we had. Payment and delivery options were explained, and the transaction was quick and easy.
