I had been searching for a mattress for a while had a good look online but didn't know what it meant to a pocket spring, foam, memory foam... At dreams I had the opportunity to try many different mattress and be explained what they actually were made of. As found something I liked and it was half price even though I had to struggle a bit to pay in one go I felt convinced that it was a good choice and would be worth it. I've had the mattress for nearly a week now and am sleeping much better and feeling satisfied with it.

Phil in store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy but took the time to understand what I was looking for and did not show me price ranges that were far over my budget. I came into by a bed and this was achieved reasonably quickly and efficiently. Thanks

Sales person was very very good.no pressure to buy or sell to us.just good honest advice even though we had only popped in for a look and see.and there was again nothing to much trouble whilst we tested out products.a really enjoyable experience well done to you and your great team.

My dreams assisstant was the best, He took his time with me, He did not rush me and suggested the best quality bed for my needs, Paolo made me feel comfortable and also made me laugh quiet alot. Paolo ws very friendly and polite and provided me with alot of product knowledge. i really think Paolo deserves a promotion if he is like this with all customers that walk in to the Clapham Dreams store.
