Lack of latex pillows. You just seem to have 1 option in the store. Also, we did not know about the extra insurance to cover 8 years. This should come as standard.

Overall the experience was very good, however we had to wait quite a long time to make our purchase. This was because unfortunately other customers were being dealt with but they were taking such a long time we had to wait for over 15 minutes after we had decided what to buy. However, the assistance Philip was charming and helpful and this was not down to him.

I asked to have my old mattress removed, and that was arranged promptly enough. The only problem is - I was given a bag and told I would have to put the old mattress bagged and sealed for collection on the morning when delivery was due. I am a 76 years old woman and it is virually impossible for me to lift the mattress. I do think castomer services should have taken this into account and provided assistance. I am still not sure how I am going to manage this. If I can't get help in the next couple of days, I may have to cancel the order.
