Some of the showroom products (mattresses) were grubby, which was off putting. Lying on something that clearly shows signs of dozens of other people having laid on it isn’t especially appealing! The chap that served us was very jovial and friendly throughout, but his sole colleague hardly even lifted his head from his mobile phone long enough to say hello or remotely acknowledge us when we were near him (such as when sitting as the sales desks, finalising our purchase).

Wanted to go away and think about it, but also credit the person in store with helping us. Tried to order over the phone, but first Amex was not accepted over the phone, then my other credit card failed over the phone twice. Ended up going into store to make the purchase using chip and Pin. Either you should allow your online bookings to mention a in-store sales person or your over the phone transactions shouldn't be so limited.

Shop staff were very helpful, but only delivering to certain postcodes on certain days of the week, in the light of the competition in the marketplace, is not acceptable or helpful to customers. Secondly, charging £24 for the privilege of having a morning or afternoon slot is also not acceptable - this is something many companies offer for free. Having paid this extra price, you then say you call the day before delivery to offer a 2 hour delivery window - so why not just offer a 2 hour delivery window for free in the first place? Many of your competitors to operate in this way, and Dreams need to be ahead of the game if you want to increase customer satisfaction and market share.

During this period with Covid, I was uncertain how hygienic it was to lay on the new digitalised bed, after other customers had used it, then watching more customers using it after me..nothing was wiped down or changed. Maybe this wasn't feasible??
