Because there was not a wide range of head boards nor was there more reasonably priced beds in the Tempur range. As lovely as the bed was that we ordered, we felt it was a bit overpriced.

There was an IT system problem when my order was taken. The store staff was super friendly and helpful and it was clearly an IT system failure - so not his fault at all. I was in no rush so it wasn't a big issue for me - but it might be for others.

I must stress how professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice the man who served me was. He is a real asset to dreams. I am a returning customer because of him and quality of dreams bed. I was applying for interest free credit and WiFi in the store let the whole service down. Took a long time for WiFi to connect and this should not happen. Waste of my time and I had other shops to go to after, so was conscious of the time.

I haven't received my bed yet but as long as that goes smoothly I would be highly satisfied. Only other thing is that Dreams is not able to deliver my bed on my preferred day.

I am satisfied a tall . I always spend my money buying matrices and bed for myself and my children because I feel comfortable stuff. Not need to worry for the money have to look the quality and safety what you gets in your life. Also thanks for the facility to get the product you need.
