Takes too long to deliver the mattress

All went smoothly but I was a simolesale as I knew already exactly what I wanted, so little opportunity for staff to demonstrate product knowledge etc.

Honestly? The only thing I could fault (but it’s a BIG fault) is the heat in store. There is no A/C in a huge store during the hottest Summer London has had in years....my partner and I had walked to the store and by the time we arrived the last thing we wanted to do was lie down in a baking hit store; so much so that we left and returned almost a fortnight later. The staff were great and they were let down (and wrestling with) something that management should be able to provide.
