Overall I’m satisfied but just because I wanted to try another mattress which was rolled and packed (hyde and sleep) and they couldn’t be opened. Other than that I’m satisfied.

I found the sales consultant was helpful, but was quite pushy in trying to get me to order more (an additional mattress, cover, pillows etc). I'm in sales, so understand where he was coming from, but I did find him very pushy!

I actually wanted a bed 6ft 6 long and this has to be bespoke so went with 6ft 3 as the other too expensive

My visit to this store was really satisfying. The customer service assistant by the name of Justin was really nice and very helpful. I have really appreciated his help.

I was satisfied with the service I received from Tyler. The few reasons why I wouldn't rate as highly satisfied for Dreams in Clapham North is because they didn't have all the products available online like the vanity/dressing table which I was hoping to buy if they had it on display for me to see. The other issue is that I have been trying to call Dreams at Clapham North and no one seems to pick up and the voice mail storage is full, so I can not even leave a message. So I don't even know how to contact Tyler to possibly change our delivery date.

It was a good experience, we bought a great mattress however the range of beds we did not love. We wanted a fabric blue bed and that colour was not available.

i have been asked to fill out a survey for a product that i have not received yet, the service on the store was OK, but the whole protection plan and 40 days trial, were not explained clear enough to us. there is not an estimated time of delivery either, so i will have to take a day off work to wait for the mattress to arrive.

We went to the Clapham store, got a quote a day or so later but there on in the problems arose: no one picked up the telephone and only had one email address for which 3 different staff responded and didn't read previous emails from their colleagues, quotes weren't saved for longer than 24 hours which no one told us and is highly inefficient anyway, no centralised filing it seems, lack of communication between staff and quotes being reproduced incorrectly. Eventually when I did get through on the phone to resolve the order confirmation and delivery date, Luka was very helpful but it has been a very frustrating experience and the website is terrible meaning I needed to solely rely on your branch staff and communications from them.
