Because to get free delivery you had to choose a week day and couldn't choose a time slot so would have to wait in all day, which is not possible when you work full time, so I had to pay extra for Saturday delivery.

The bed I bought was not in the original beds I was shown. I believe I was shown your brand of bed and bought a silentnight bed. I think more effort could be made to show me all the beds with a specific comfort rating and let me make the decision on which one to buy.

The sales assistant, Ivona, was very good. The problem was she was alone. I had to wait 50 mins whilst she served other people. If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't come back during the week I would have left. I was also surprised that having spent over £1200 on a mattress and base that I also had to pay for the headboard. For the sake of £89 I would have felt valued as a customer and most definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. Not sure I'll do so now. Again, Ivona, was delightful and very helpful with my order but she was let down by not having any support staff and by not offering me a small deal.
