I had to spend more money than I had ever "Dreamed" of spending on a bed and was not able to select a "smart tv" on my choice of TV bed (The Titanium Kingsize TV Bed) even though the physical online advert states that one is available in the summary ......there was none shown in the drop down menu ......Same applied for the (Alexander KIngsize TV bed) Yet these are available if you buy a bed with smaller 32 inch TV's...........

It took a little while to get seen, it was explained to me that they were short staffed and offered me a drink so no problem but then the whole process took a bit longer than I expected, still satisfied with the visit though.

I would say I was very satisfied, but could not say the experience was perfect. The salesman was extremely helpful, but had to deal with several clients at a time when it got busier. We were in no hurry, so that was ok for us, and I guess having fewer staff keeps prices low. I also found it difficult to understand the differences as prices increase. The salesman worked hard to explain this, but I felt the company could provide more tools and information for the layman.

The overall experience was good but I was shown items that weren't in stock and couldn't be ordered. Seemed like a pointless exercise as there wasn't much point in showing me things I couldn't order. One item was only available in one colour and I should have been told this at the beginning.

There are no specific reason why I was not highly satisfied. This question is somewhat misleading. It was a very satisfactory experience with great customer assistance. However, it did not merit a 100% score which is for really standout experiences.

Great service to start with, very informative and helpful, also very accommodating when wanting to add to my order on finance. Slightly slow in letting me know a delivery date, I had to chase. Also the delivery date was much later than expecting.
