The purchasing part took a lot longer than expected. Problem with the computer system so it wasn't the employees fault. Employee handled everything perfectly and was very friendly and kind.

We spent 15 minutes discussing a "free waterproof mattress protection offer". I decided not to take it up. But it was billed. However on the same day after two phone calls it was refunded.

The speed of receiving my mattress was very good. Sadly your Company was let down by the delivery service. I don't like being treated like a naughty child. I was told that the delivery would be between 3-5pm on Saturday. I was phoned on more than one occasion and I arrived at my flat at 3.00pm and just as I arrived so did the delivery. One of the delivery men was not very courteous saying they had phone me on more than occasion and I was late. As my understanding was that the delivery would be between 3-5 I felt I was on time. Overall they delivered my new mattress and took the old one away and I am pleased with the mattress.

Was given a discount only to find that even with discount I could buy the item which was an expensive a tempur mattress cheaper at John Lewis and Warren Evans and that too with minimal checking

I found the Clapham store, were I finally purchased my bed, were very helpful and had great customer service. However th initial service I received in the Fulham store was awful. The sales person did not seem interested at all and gave basically no help to someone who had absolutely no idea in beds or what she was looking for. The only reason I returned to the dreams in Balham was because I liked the look of one of the beds in the Fulham store but wanted more information.

If I was being picky, the store needed updating, layouts.... bed conditions etc. But that is being picky. The overall service and time taken was superb. Lastly perhaps the store could have had one more staff member as after work hours were pretty busy.
