We had to wait a long time to be served and the general manner was very casual and lack lustre. We were assisted by Paolo in clapham who was helpful and kind but the process was still very long and drawn out. The store is filthy and had stained mattresses on display! there was no charm to the showroom and you would never be tempted by the products shown and displayed in this unimaginable way. It is purely a place to come if you really needed a bed.

Only one assistant in the store serving myself and two othert customers. Philip provided an excellent service however the store needs more assistants. Which is why I did not rate highly satisfied.

Sales assistant was not fully engaging and did not explain delivery options that well. it was a Sunday afternoon though...

The store computer system was down so couldnt make appointment for delivery date.the assistant promised to call me to make appointment but i waited until next day i had to call myself to make appointment for friday 15th may 2015

One sided bed only whoch was not expected. the mattress details was not specified on the invoice which means i was a bit worried about the specific mattress that I WAS LOOKING FOR MIGHT NOT BE THE SAME WHEN DELIVERED THE ITEM.
