Hello my shopping experience and purchase were very easy. The delivery time for my basic mattress however, is very unsatisfactory. I ordered a Dalton d mattress and arranged for delivery but the earliest date was over a week away. My daughter urgently needs a mattress so when I rang to cancel the delivery and arrange a collection I was told the store doesn't stock any mattress and i would have to go to Crawley. Being the cheaper model I would have thought your turn over warranted stock to take away. I have now been told I cant cancel my payment and make a purchase from my local bed store which has a delivery next day service, so I now have to arrange for a temporary mattress to be borrowed while I wait for mine. If the one I ordered was top of the range I might understand it but given its a standard mattress, my wait is far too long and in future, unless I'm prepared to wait, I cant see me purchasing from you, which is a shame.

We were told that if we made the order on that day (Monday 27th April) we could take delivery of our mattress the same week - Thursday (30th April) at the latest. Upon completion of the order we were told that no delivery slots were available until a week on Friday – the 8th May.

Some bellend keeps on giving his email incorrectly to companies like yours, I then get spammed by all of the receipts etc... so please stop emailing this email address as it's just going to an increasingly annoyed person... Cheers!

I was told delivery on 10th. Order paid for but delivery date moved to 16th. I then needed to cancel my order as can't sleep in the floor for a week I'll buy from John Lewis. Couldn't cancel order in store. Had to be done by CS calling me..... 4 calls and 24 hours later I get my £600 back. Archaic system. Teams who don't work together. Delivery team particularly rude. Such disconnect no wonder youre failing.

We chose a mattress and was told that we would get a free mattress protector with it. they were very pushy when it came to the mattress insurance and we were told " you have grand children so it will cover you for any accidents and spillage. We will replace it once if the mattress fails or the springs collapse". At payment I read the t&c's and was shocked to notice that actually there is no cover for accidents made by children and that if over a certain weight also no cover for damage, which made the cover of no use to us. In store that day was a women from head-office who chimed in " oh we wouldn't ask you your weight when claiming ". So I was being pressured to buy cover that does not protect me, does that constitute miss-selling? We ordered without the cover and received the mattress but no protecter as promised. When I called the store I was told that because I didn't buy the cover I don't get the mattress protecter. I'm absolutely sickened by your service and feel I should report you. Subsequently I bought a mattress the following week to the tune of £1300 I received a mattress protecter without taking out cover and it wasn't with Dreams.
