I was extremely impressed with my customer advisors service. He was very attentive and explored all my options with me. He was clear and really strived to meet my needs by offering detailed knowledge. He was patient and updated me on the current promotional offers and drew out calculations to indicate how they would work out better for me as far as value for money. Thank you very much Philip!

The sales assistant that helped me was really through in answering my questions, talking me through the available products and discussing what would be best suited for me. He then walked me through the whole process of placing the order and again was very helpful and patient with answering any questions I had. fantastic customer service :)

We were helped by Philip in Clapham (London) Store. We were very happy that we went into the store and had someone as experienced as Philip to help us with our purchase and explain things we needed to know or wanted clarification on. He was superbly pleasant and it made our experience so much better to be helped by an expert in the store. We do not think we would have been able to make an informed purchase without someone like Philip. We enjoyed the experience and will happily return to the store for future smaller and larger purchases.
