Great customer service. We didn't know what we were looking for and we found something we were happy with within 20 mins.

The employee who processed our purchase in the store made us both feel very comfortable and was very helpful. She was very polite and gave us space when making decisions together. The employee didn’t push the sale too hard which made us want to buy from dreams and not a competitor who tried to sell to much and made us feel uncomfortable

Philip showed his expert knowledge of the dreams products both for beds, matresses and pillows and shared this with a very pleasant demeaner. I would 100% shop at that dreams store again as Philip did such a good job!

From the minute we entered the store Jordan (Dreams Clapham) was extremely helpful. He took lots of time to listen to how we sleep and what we were looking for, and taking us around different mattresses and explaining the differences. He also then gave us the perfect amount of time by ourselves to try the mattresses out without feeling self conscious. When we said we may buy at a later date he wasn't pushy - he printed us a quote and gave us all the info we needed to return. After going to try the mattress again we then decided to buy it. We also bought the pillows - we never knew we needed different pillows as we sleep differently so that was super helpful. He even said congratulations on buying our first house as we left- a lovely, personal touch. We look forward to receiving our mattress when we move in October. Thanks Jordan!

Tshe salesman was highly efficient, polite and fully informed of products

Jordan was very helpful. I was attended to right away and I was not pressured to buy a bed outside of my price range. I was offered water and was helped to get the best value possible. Everything was very easy and I felt supported in making my decisions but not pressured which I appreciated.
