Jordan from the Union road dreams store served us. From the moment we stepped into the store he was welcoming and helpful, he not only immediately knew what bed I wanted after telling him the name he helped me find a great mattress and pillow to go with it. He was hospitable by offering us water and allowed us to lay on the beds to try them for ourselves and also showed us the material of the bed frame. He gave great advice encouraging me to get the insurance. The whole experience was very fun, smooth and satisfying. Thank you

The person that helped us was Ola. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products, he was patient and was very good at keeping us safe.

We were welcomed by Jordan and he was extremely polite and helpful. His patience is from another world and we were very grateful we had him taking care of us. He showed great knowledge of all the products and knew exactly what we were looking for even though we only said few words. We were offered water on a very hot day. The only thing that didn't go as we wished was that some items took longer (3 weeks) to be delivered and we needed them asap.

Jordon gave us brilliant service from the onset. We went to the store in Clapham to get a new bed for my mum and he took his time to show her everything that would be suitable for her needs. He was patient and even allowed us to check multiple mattresses again before making a decision. He fully explained everything In a way we could understand, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable
