The assistant Jordan was amazing, store was clean and well organised.

Jordon assisted us at the Clapham store to purchase a new mattress for our flat. We were very happy with the experience from the beginning being matched with suitable mattresses to taking us around the store to test each mattress and offering us a bottle of water each. Jordan is very knowledgeable in describing the qualities of each mattress. He was very patient in assisting us with applying for Finance and even persuaded us to buy new comfy pillows. We went to Dreams Clapham Road last Saturday thinking it would be a tedious but necessary experience, what we didn't know is that it would be not only fun and pleasant but a highly educative and productive one! The gentleman who took care of us, who's name is Philip, was friendly, considered, knowledgeable and professional. In no time, he found had us fitted with the most wonderful mattress and some incredibly amazing pillows, which will change our lives for sure! and they are coming in just days!!! 10/10 for the store and Philip! Thank you so much! :)

Staff came over quickly to help us when we entered, talked us through the options and gave us plenty of time to try our options and think it through before making a decision.

Philip who served us completely understood our needs and our budget, he showed us many options explaining all the benefits. We never felt bulldozed to spend above our budget, instead we were gently guided to the perfect mattress and we are delighted we chose to go to Dreams. Our old mattress will be collected when the new one is delivered next week, everything was made so easy.
