Great customer service from Ola, he was very patient had great knowledge on all the the mattresses and beds I was picking out and was very patient with me as I was trying to figure out the best for budget and really gave me great advice.

I have my sleeping pattern done and find out the best mattress for my back pain so Happy with the service .

Jordan knew his stuff when it came to mattresses and was able to explain about each one. He was attentive and friendly without being pushy. A very good experience.

The whole experience was enjoyable, from the NASA bed through to sale. We arrived with the intention of only trying out some mattresses, but the customer service from Jordan and great value swung it.

Hanan at the Clapham store was great, friendly and helpful. She put me at ease throughout the process. She was available when I needed assistance but also gave me the chance to come to a decision on what to order in my own time. The COVID guidelines were sensible and adhered to throughout.
