The sales rep called Jordan was very helpful. I made several trips to the store as I was very indecisive and each time he was accommodating and understanding.

I made an appointment with the Manager of the Clapham branch of Dreams as we wanted to test the Sleep match which I had seen advertised on the television, he was very professional and polite in accommodating dates and times to suit us. Hanan our sales rep was excellent, from explaining and demonstrating how the sleep match worked we were able to pick a mattress from a choice of three which the computer had generated based on our sleep positions. She also made suggestions on headboards/mattress cover and pillows. We were impressed by her suggestions as we had only gone in for a bad and mattress. Got everything we wanted and we also booked an assembly on delivery. If you are buying a mattress/bed we can highly recommend Dreams especially the Sleep match option which will give you a tailor made choice.

We went to Dreams Clapham on Saturday for a first look at a new mattress and were really impressed with the whole experience. Jordan was so helpful, made us feel very at easy and helped us a lot.

In-store I was assisted by Jordan who was very friendly, knowledgeable about Dreams products and helpfully guided me through the computer based assessment, and then showed me alternative products suitable to my needs. Jordan then guided me through the purchase process, helpfully answering my questions. A great in-store experience. On delivery day I was notified in advance by email and text of estimated time of arrival. Ten minutes before arrival the delivery driver telephoned me to advise he was nearby. The delivery driver was very courteous and wore his protective mask. I was very impressed with the delivery. Thank you for a great Dreams experience.
