The assistant that served me (Jordan) was brilliant, he was young but very knowledgeable & had excellent customer service skills. This was my first time ever in a dreams store & Jordan definitely did the store proud. I loved the experience of the mattress simulator (To find the correct support) what a brilliant piece of kit. Jordan showed me a variety of mattresses in my price range & then gave me the chance to also try them out by myself, without any pressure added & then we went through all the bed bases. All round it was an excellent experience & I’d definitely recommend this store to friends & family. The manager was also very nice & friendly. Well done dreams & I sincerely hope this gets fed back to them.

It was easy to book an appointment, I received assistance in the store to help me find a mattress that would work for me. I was given plenty of time to make decisions. All the terminology I did not understand was explained to me clearly, helping me know about different mattresses. I felt listened to, and the sales advisor helped me find a mattress I am excited about. Also the delivery help was excellent, overall a good experience and made buying a mattress easy.

As first time buyers, we needed a lot of help trying to pick out the right mattress and bed. Hanan was incredibly helpful and took the time to take us through everything. The free pillows and mattress protector is a great touch as well since most other places don't offer free items by default.

Hanan was so helpful in finding the right beds and mattresses for my children. She was very patient, and gave me a few options in different price ranges. We felt confident we were making the right decision and didn't feel pressurised into buying anything.

I went with my wife and we had an idea of what we wanted but weren't entirely sure. We had massive help from a member of staff and also used a machine to calculate what type of bed we may like or suit us more. At the end of the day it was a matter of just choosing a bed and listening to the discounts.

We are two elderly disabled ladies and the salesman who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. we were looking for a replacement mattress for an very ill friend. the young man showed us several beds a asked asked his height weight etc and suggested we try several beds, took time to explain the warranty and insurance plainly , in all a very pleasant experienceu
