Dreams - Clapham

It was such a pleasant experience shopping with Dreams! I was in and out in record time with a mattress I couldn't wait to sleep on. Sid was very helpful and introduced me to my new favourite experience the "Sleep Match" machine. There should be a theme park dedicated to this machine that matches you to your ideal mattress. It's a nappers dream machine which you lie on and it moulds and adjusts the mattress to your body and ideal sleeping position and then tells you which mattress is suited to you! Best technology ever! Highly recommend Dreams for all your mattress needs!

I was greeted by one of your assistants (Jordan) when I walked into the store. He asked me how he could help. He took me to the area where I needed to be. He demonstrated how the bed worked. (Ottoman bed with remote control option.) He told me about the various insurance plans that I could take out ie for the frame of the bed or for the mattress. I was recommended a waterproof mattress protector, as the bed is for my 93 year old mother. Everything ran smoothly. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes 😀
