I was very impressed with the sleep match in enabling the advisor to give me the best options of bed to choose from that is suitable for me. Their knowledge made me confident in buying from Dreams rather than elsewhere. Their hospitality also made me confident and relaxed in choosing the right mattress also.

The sales assistant was very helpful with her product knowledge and was able to offer me alternatives to products that where either too expensive for me or not available.

Jordan, our Dream Colleague, was incredibly helpful (from a social distance). His approach in letting us 'find' out mattress was exactly the approach I appreciate and was available to answer any and all questions. He was able to help us differentiate between the different types of mattresses as well gave very clear explanations as to how they were constructed as well as how they would wear over time. Well done.
