Jordan, our Dream Colleague, was incredibly helpful (from a social distance). His approach in letting us 'find' out mattress was exactly the approach I appreciate and was available to answer any and all questions. He was able to help us differentiate between the different types of mattresses as well gave very clear explanations as to how they were constructed as well as how they would wear over time. Well done.

The staff were amazing, they noticed me browsing and came over to see if I needed help then offered me the sleep assessment test which I loved. I felt totally respected as a customer with regards to my budget and requirements and I was super happy to get a deal on the Campbell sale mattress. Since visiting the Clapham Common store I've told all my family and friends about what a great experience I had and now I can't wait to receive my shiny new mattress. Massive thank you to the staff at the store for making me feel so safe as well.
