As soon as I entered the store my family and I were immediately approached by the sales advisor called JORDAN and offered a warm welcome. This sales colleague was extremely attentive to us and listened to all our needs and queries. He made us feel as though we were the only customers in the store. The sales advisor could see I was heavily pregnant and immediately offered me a bottle of water. The whole experience was lovely. Thank you JORDAN from Clapham Store for your amazing customer service.
