As soon as I entered the store my family and I were immediately approached by the sales advisor called JORDAN and offered a warm welcome. This sales colleague was extremely attentive to us and listened to all our needs and queries. He made us feel as though we were the only customers in the store. The sales advisor could see I was heavily pregnant and immediately offered me a bottle of water. The whole experience was lovely. The Store Manager in the Clapham branch was fantastic, he went above and beyond assisting and attended to our every need. He was also working by himself that day but made himself available for every customer in the store. I wish I remembered his name because he deserved to be mentioned by name. I haven't experienced such outstanding customer service in years.
