The staff were friendly and helpful, I was given a bottle of cold water. The products I wanted were available and a delivery time was given that was perfect for me.

I didn’t expect Dreams to have a sleep match which is really helpful to help you decide the type of mattress you should be sleeping on. Most times you will go to a bed shop and just pick any mattress but Dreams showed customer care so that I pick the right mattress for me.

It was amazing, we did the sleep test, shown the area to test the mattress and left to try and discuss with ourselves. Only when we were on the mattress we knew we wanted as we were laying on it for awhile a staff member came over to speak to us and helped us with our questions. Everyone was very friendly! First guy we sore and second guy. A brilliant experience
