It was amazing, we did the sleep test, shown the area to test the mattress and left to try and discuss with ourselves. Only when we were on the mattress we knew we wanted as we were laying on it for awhile a staff member came over to speak to us and helped us with our questions. Everyone was very friendly! First guy we sore and second guy. A brilliant experience

The assistant showed me a range of Ottoman beds within a similar price bracket and knew each product inside out. He was able to answer every single question I asked from sizing, construction to the nature of the lifting mechanism. He was both professional and friendly and gave me a lot of time to consider my decision so I never felt 'pressured' to purchase quickly. He was careful in explaining the finance options available too. Perfect sales assistant really. Thank you.
