We arrived a short time before closing but the assistants at Clapham store were 100percent attentive kind and jovial. Yhey new every mattress in the store walkwd us around showi g us all options even provinding toppers and pillows foe us to try. We left with a mattress we wanted plus a discount on topper plus insurance plus 1 week delivery. The two girls at Clapham were so nice so professional so attentive will def go back to dreams

We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Philip made it that even more clearer for us (he gave all great options) especially when it came to looking for a mattress he went through all the different types and what was available to us also. He made the experience seamless, gave us time to decide even interacted with our 1year old as she was becoming a bit fidgety.
